We are open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) and 8AM to 1PM on Sundays for sample collection. However, reporting and other services may vary by department. For Winter closing hours may be half an hour earlier at 6:30 PM. Any further changes in timing shall be notified here and in our social media sites.

Most routine tests can be done without prior appointment, but for special tests, fasting samples, or health packages, advance booking is recommended. Further for special tests needing outsourcing please get in touch with us specially during popular local festivals. Kindly be informed that on weekends sample collection for certain tests requiring outsourcing is not recommended as logistics and transportation are limited.

Walk-ins are the most favored way to book regular and common tests, provided you don't need any preparation. However, be informed that certain tests like Blood Sugar and Lipid profile etc. needs overnight fasting status. You can book through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling our front desk.

While certain tests like Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid profile and Metabolic penal etc. needs overnight fasting of 8-12 hours, most other tests don't require Fasting status. However, fasting sample may under certain conditions yield slightly better results in subset of patients. For any specific questions you can get in touch with our team.

Yes, we do, but prior appointment helps us plan your tests and reduce waiting time. Many health packages may include Fasting Blood Sugar tests or Lipid profile tests which requires overnight fasting.
