How to upload a Doctor's Prescription from a mobile phone ?

Various modes of uploading ( sending ) a prescription to us by digital or electronic means, for the convenience of patients and sitting from the comfort of home to know various details about tests ordered. Combining this with a Home collection gives maximum convenience to a sick person.
In addition to a conventional phone call, What are the Digital or Electronic media one can use to send us a prescription from a mobile phone ?

What are the scopes of sending a prescription to us by digital modes ?
A) Many a time you have a prescription with a list of investigations from either
Admitted in in-patient department of a local Hospital and the Hospital cannot perform the investigation.
Out patient department of a local Hospital without good laboratory infrastructure.
A Doctors clinic within town limits without Laboratory back up.
You have a prescription out of Town and do not have time to complete the investigations then and there and would like to complete it back in your Home Town.
You are on follow up treatment of a Distant specialty clinic and need reliable reports from local diagnostic laboratory to present in next visit.
B) You have a prescription and you are not sure what the investigations are.
Incomprehensible handwriting.
Clinic assistant or another laboratory do not know about the investigation.
You do not have immediate access to your consulting Doctor to know the scope of that particular investigation.
C) You have a prescription and need urgent reporting from a local Laboratory.
D) You would like to know if a particular investigations can be done in a local Laboratory and if the same are reliable.
E) For whatever reasons you want to avail a Home collection and want the relevant information prior to requesting for Home collection and also to better assist us in preparation.
F) You need an estimate before proceeding to investigations.
G) You would like to know information in relation to pretest preparation for a test like :
If you should come in empty stomach or after food.
What time of the day is best for the test.
If you should continue the current medications.

In the Image below you can see website view from a mobile device. In the bottom part lies the quick action buttons ( It might be moved to left or right vertical if situation demands. You will see buttons for Phone, Whats-app and Chat.
From this screen Click the option that suits you the best and follow the instructions. These services are available during working hours ( Usually 8 AM to 6 PM) and response may get delayed outside working hours.
If you chose Whats-app chat option, you will be taken to the screen as can be seen below, provided if you have a active subscription to Whats-app and connected.
Use camera to upload a picture of your prescription. Please include whole page including both front and backside of the prescription so as not to miss anything including Doctors name, date of prescription and follow up details . ( For illegible or difficult handwriting we need whole prescription to better judge )
Alternatively you can upload a file from your file manager or gallery if the prescription is not available with you and sent to you from elsewhere.
If you choose to send a prescription via chat option, click the chat option at the bottom of your screen ( Usually right side). you will see the view given in the image below.
You can chat by sending text from "Type your message" area. General questions will be answered at the earliest possible time. For something Emergency please use call option to get prompt reply.
Next to the message area towards right lies the button for sending an attachment ( Prescription as image or any other file format saved in your phone / gallery).
You can use the Camera option to click a photo of your prescription or send files as shown above.
For sending files by email you can use any email button in our website.
